Acceptance
By using Construct Hub Pro you agree to these Terms. Construct Hub Pro is provided by Univers Media Group, LLC dba HQ Labz (“we,” “us”).
Eligibility & accounts
You must be 16 or older and authorized by your employer (the Customer) to use Construct Hub Pro. You're responsible for keeping your login secure.
Acceptable use
- Submit only content that is true, accurate, and authorized by your employer.
- Do not upload illegal content, malware, or anyone else's personal data without consent.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service.
Customer agreement controls
If your employer has a written agreement with us, that agreement's terms govern any conflict with these Terms.
Disclaimers
Construct Hub Pro is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, but we work hard to keep it running.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for Construct Hub Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time inside the app (Account → Delete account). We may suspend access for material breach.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email; continued use after notice means acceptance.
