Delete your Construct Hub Pro account
You can do this inside the app — Account → Privacy and security → Delete your account — or here, which is the same thing and works whether or not the app is still installed.
What goes
- Your sign-in. It stops working immediately.
- Your name, phone number and everything else on your profile.
- Any report you started and never sent.
- Every phone you are signed in on, your settings and your notifications.
- The jobs you are assigned to.
What your company keeps, and why
A report you have already signed and sent is the record of what happened on a site that day, and your company is required to keep it — the same as a paper one in a filing cabinet. Your name stays on those, because a signature nobody can put a name to is worth nothing. Photos already attached to a sent report stay on that report for the same reason.
Nothing else about you stays anywhere. This cannot be undone.
